FORGED RINGS FOR ROTATING AND LOAD-BEARING EQUIPMENT
Ring forgings are circular forged components used in bearing assemblies, gear systems, flanges, pressure equipment and heavy rotating machinery. Ring rolling provides continuous grain flow, dependable strength and efficient material use for demanding service conditions.
Each forged ring is manufactured according to the required outside diameter, inside diameter, height, profile, material grade, heat treatment and machining allowance. Seamless rolled rings, flanged rings, gear blanks and bearing rings can be supplied with rough machining and inspection documentation according to the project specification.
