CUSTOM BLOCK FORGINGS FOR INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS
Block forgings are solid forged components used for industrial tooling, dies, machine bases, pressure equipment and other high-load applications. Open die forging produces a refined grain structure and dependable mechanical properties for demanding service conditions.
Each forged block is manufactured according to the required length, width, thickness, material grade, heat treatment and machining allowance. Rectangular, square, die and machined blocks can be supplied with inspection reports according to the drawing and purchase specification.
