FORGED DISCS FOR INDUSTRIAL MACHINING
Disc forgings are circular forged components used as machining blanks for gears, couplings, pressure equipment, heavy machinery and other load-bearing assemblies. Open die forging provides suitable material integrity for components requiring strength, toughness and controlled mechanical properties.
Each disc forging is manufactured according to the required outside diameter, thickness, hub geometry, material grade, heat treatment and machining allowance. Inspection and rough machining can be arranged according to the drawing and purchase specification.
