CUSTOM TOOL STEEL FORGINGS FOR INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS
Tool steel forgings are used for dies, molds, punches, mandrels and other components exposed to repeated loading, wear and demanding service conditions. Forging shape, material grade and heat-treatment condition are selected according to the intended application.
Each forging is produced according to the required dimensions, machining allowance and technical specification. Annealing, heat treatment, rough machining, ultrasonic testing and dimensional inspection can be arranged according to project requirements.
