CUSTOM CARBON STEEL FORGINGS FOR INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS
Carbon steel forgings are commonly selected for components requiring a practical balance of strength, machinability and cost control. Open die forging can be used to produce shafts, rings, discs, blocks and other custom shapes with a refined and consistent forged structure.
Each component is manufactured according to the required dimensions, material standard, heat treatment condition and machining allowance. Normalizing, annealing, quenching and tempering, rough machining and inspection can be arranged according to the drawing and purchase specification.
