Heat Treatment Functions:

The main functions of our heat treatment are to increase the strength, hardness, toughness, and ductility, and to relieve internal stress in the steel forgings. Heat treatment involves controlling the heating and cooling of the steel forgings to alter their microstructure and physical properties without changing their chemical composition. Finally, heat treatment increases the strength, hardness, toughness, and ductility, and improves the wear resistance, while relieving internal stress in steel forgings.

Improve the mechanical properties of steel forgings: Heat treatment can increase their strength, ductility, fatigue resistance, and hardness.
Microstructure Refinement: Increasing grain density, reducing lattice spacing, and decreasing grain size for better uniformity and mechanical properties.
Improving Surface Properties: Enhances corrosion resistance or creates a hard, wear-resistant outer layer while maintaining a ductile core.
Hardening: Increases surface or bulk hardness to improve wear resistance (e.g., carburizing, quenching).
Softening (Annealing/Normalizing): Reduces hardness to improve machinability, formability, or ductility.
Stress Relieving: Removes residual, internal stresses.
Toughening (Tempering): Reduces brittleness and increases toughness, often following hardening to ensure the metal can withstand impact.

We possess multiple free forging machines and ring rolling machines. Our free forging machines includes a 1-ton air hammer, a 2-ton hydraulic hammer, a 5-ton hydraulic forging machine, a 3500-ton hydraulic forging machine, and multiple ring rolling machines.

Our custom forged parts can weigh up to 20,000 kg and have a maximum length of 20 m. The outer diameter of the forged rings can reach 4.5 m.
