H13 Tool Steel Key Characteristics：

High hardenability and heat treatment stability: H13 steel forgings have high hardenability. The deformation is very small after heat treatment. The hardness of H13 steel can be flexibly controlled through quenching and tempering.
High-temperature stability: H13 steel forgings have high strength and hardness at high temperatures.
Excellent resistance to thermal fatigue: Our H13 steel has high resistance to thermal cracking and thermal fatigue, and can withstand rapid heating and cooling environments such as water cooling.
Good toughness and wear resistance: Our H13 steel forgings have high toughness and high wear resistance because of the proper carbon content
Excellent oxidation and corrosion resistance: The addition of chromium and silicon forms a dense oxide film on the steel surface, improving oxidation resistance and resistance to liquid metal erosion
Machinability: H13 die steel has good machinability and can be machined into complex shapes.

Open Die Forging & Ring Rolling Forging

We possess multiple free forging machines and ring rolling machines. Our free forging machines includes a 1-ton air hammer, a 2-ton hydraulic hammer, a 5-ton hydraulic forging machine, a 3500-ton hydraulic forging machine, and multiple ring rolling machines.

Our custom forged parts can weigh up to 20,000 kg and have a maximum length of 20 m. The outer diameter of the forged rings can reach 4.5 m.
