Our Square Forged Blocks Manufacturing Process
We can use open die forging to produce square forged blocks. We will select correct materials, forging routine, machining, heat treatment, non-destructive flaw detection, mechanical property testing, and package and deliver the forgings based on their dimensions, material requirements, and mechanical performance requirements.

Raw Material Preparation
Steel billets or ingots are selected according to the required material grade, final dimensions and forging ratio.
