We can manufacture the steel according to your chemical composition sheet. Once we get the steel ingot, we will do the electroslag remelting to get the electroslag remelting steel (ESR) ingot. Then cutting, heating, forging, rough machining heat treatment, proof machining to the forgings to get the machined forgings for your projects.
All our machined forgings will be checked with the ultrasonic test after the initial rough machining. And the mechanical properties test would also be carried out to check the tensile strength, yield strength, impact, elongation and hardness.
